Indore City Bus are an initiative taken
by Indore City Transport Service Co. Ltd. Its a bus service
that connects all major areas of Indore. These are buses
designed by TATA as star bus series.In the context of rapid growth of the city, increasing mobility, high travel demand, increasing congestion, delays, accidents and other such problems, public mass transport system of the city stands out as the most critical element.
It needs to be rationally planned, efficiently operated and diligently managed to be effective and productive by itself and in turn enable the city to be productive and competitive. The road based bus system includes 277 km of road network on which buses would ply.
